Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Shorter stays may be available please call for cost and availability. Minimum stay in the period 17 July - 4 September 2010 is usually seven days. Where there is late availabilty this can be more flexible. Maximum is 6 persons. Discounts will be offered where two or more weeks are booked together.
Discounts will be given where the apartment is booked for long "winter lets". Please contact us to discuss prices.
A cot can be provided at an additional cost of £25.00 per week

A 25% non refundable deposit required on booking. Balance and security deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before departure. Bookings within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday subject to any deduction for damages. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Normal changeover day will be Saturday. Arrival time after 2.00pm and departure time 10.00am. We will always try and be as flexible as possible about alternative arrangements. We will consider most requests as we know that it can be much cheaper to fly midweek!
